Lifetime Guarantee Terms for Jewellery:

1.  All of our jewellery is made of the highest quality materials and is crafted to last over years. If you experience any issues we will replace your piece once.
2. Not every item is covered by our lifetime guarantee, please check the product description for the "lifetime guarantee" icon
3. This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
4. The lifetime guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship
5. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse, loss of stones or any other damage caused by factors beyond our control.
6. In the event of a defect covered by this guarantee, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
7. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a similar product of equal value as a replacement.
8. The guarantee does not cover the cost of shipping and handling.
9. The guarantee is void if the item has been repaired or altered by anyone other than our authorized personnel.
10. The guarantee is subject to our inspection of the item to confirm the defect.
11. This guarantee is in addition to any other rights you may have under consumer law.
