Return & Refund

All Returns:
 
You are eligible for a refund if your order is Poor quality / Faulty, Incorrect item received, Parcel damaged on arrival. We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was ordered. We do accept exchanges of jewellery for a different size or a different style. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products or solid gold products as they are made to order. 

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

Rock Jewellery will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that the wrong item was sent to the recipient.

We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage)


If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

*Lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items*

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed.
